Who is a Licensee and How to access?

Licensee is any business, organization, or individual that has been granted legal permission by another entity to engage in an activity. Licensee profile is created by our Platform admin. We will share the user credential details with you so that you can log in to our platform.

What are the responsibilities of a Licensee Admin?

1. Licensee needs to create my sales network
2. Licensee needs to add users based on roles.
3. Product and agency creation is done by the licensee.
4. Buying and selling prices are decided by Licensee.
5. Commission split for users needs to be decided by Licensee.
6. A licensee can allocate a product to any particular region, zone, or area.
7. sales executive orders are approved by the licensee.
8. Withdrawal Request which is sent by users are approved by the licensee
9. QR code is generated by Licensee.

Is there any signup required for the Licensee?

No, Licensee signup is done by our Platform Admin.

How to set up a UPI id?

UPI id Configuration is done by the licensee or licensee account. By editing the profile, the licensee can add a UPI id and a QR code will be generated according to that.

How to configure My Sales Network?

Configuration of my sales network is easy, you just need to log in to the platform and needs to create the region, zone, and area. The region is created based on mapping states. The zone is Created based on the active regions and their corresponding district. The area is created based on the active region and its corresponding zone and Pincode. Once the region, zone and area are created, users allocation needs to be done.

How do the earnings get generated for the regional manager, area manager, and zonal manager?

Once the order gets approved by Licensee or Licensee Accountant, Earnings get generated.

Is there any Withdrawal Limit?

Yes, the withdrawal limit for corresponding roles is set by licensee.

What are the conditions required to open a withdrawal request?

1. Order has to be approved by Licensee.
2. Once the order gets approved, earnings get generated.

How do I reset my password?

Click on the Forgot password link in the Salestrait login screen. Enter your registered Mobile number and hit Request. You will receive an OTP to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP received and reset the password. You will now be able to log in to your Salestrait account with your new password.

Can I export order and payment data from Salestrait?

Yes, you can. To do this, Open the order and payment section and click on the Export icon. The payment or Order can now be viewed on your device as an excel sheet.

How can I update my details?

You'll be able to manage your profile using the platform so updating information is easy.
